- Based in Thailand we Ship Worldwide to over 70 Countries.
- Total Shipping charges are automatically calculated by the system based on the total weight and destination of the items ordered.
- You are more likely to pay less delivery charges per item as you order more.
- You will be shown the amount you shall be paying for delivery when you are checking out or you can estimate shipping costs using the "Estimate Shipping Charges" box in the checkout cart area before proceeding through checkout.
All our shipments are posted by Registered Airmail/Parcel or if chosen EMS (Express Mail Service) depending on your country all should be track-able on-line. - We will also send you a e-mail containing your tracking information a link to track your order and estimated delivery time.
- We only send items by either Registered Airmail, EMS, or International Air Parcel, all have tracking numbers and will require a signature upon delivery, this ensures you will receive your ordered item/s.
- In the unlikely event of a loss or a damage to your parcel, you are entitled to get a full refund after 1 month from the dispatch date, damaged items will be either refunded or replaced immediately after notification by yourself by email with attached photographs of any damage.
- If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your order we will send you a email with a available shipment date to check if that's ok with you, if not we offer a full refund.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first by email and then simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
- Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed paperwork.
- We will issue a full refund on receipt of the returned item/s . Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item/s
- Refunds will be issued by the method you made the payment.
- Ordering, Pricing & Promotions
- Ordering is simple, just choose then item/s you want selecting color/size then click buy now, you well be taken to our checkout area where you can choose shipping and costs, select the shipping you require, click "proceed to checkout" and fill in the required information.
- We welcome both Guests and Registered Planetdry Customers, as a guest if you feel you may want to shop with us again becoming a Registered Member speeds up the checkout process as the shipping information is retained by our system so does not need to be filled out on every purchase unless you want to send to a different address.
- Registered Customers also have the option to subscribe to our Monthly News Letter which alerts them to our Price/Product Promotions with frequent discount vouchers.
- All orders are normally dispatched 12/24 hrs after receipt unless its over a weekend or holiday period then the first availabe day will be the shipment day.
- Payment
- We accept on-line payment only by PayPal, which is a secure payment system and does not require you to have a PayPal account just a valid credit card.
- You can select the currency of your choice shown in the currency changer in the top tool bar, this shows the product/s prices & Shipping Charges in your selected currency, although all Payments are taken in US Dollars at the current exchange rate which is updated daily.
- If you are residing/living in Thailand and are interested in purchasing any of our products, please contact us first via email with your order, so we can arrange a money transfer direct in to our Bangkok Bank account, all orders within Thailand will be sent via registered post free of charge!
- Viewing Orders
- Registered customer can view their order status through there login page, although everybody will be sent a email containing shipment date, tracking information and links to track there order through your countries postal service.
