Dri-Dock Product Care
Bubble Test
Before using your waterproof case for the first time. please check that it’s got to you in perfect condition
Seal something worthless inside, then submerge in a basin of water or Bucket, A few bubbles may escape from around the plastic flap. This is ok, water can get into the flap without getting into the case
Give the bag a squeeze if you see a stream of bubbles coming from the bag... then there may be a problem
Commonsense Caution
The case has to be intact to maintain its protection, the flexible material is made of a special vinyl which is very strong, but can still be punctured, Avoid sharp or abrasive objects
If Stowing for example in a boat or jet-ski compartment - do so carefully so it wont be damaged in rough seas.
Make sure the plastic snap buttons are properly attached at all times, should they come apart they can be put back together carefully
Ongoing Care
Examine your case before each use checking for any visible damage - to be safe you should always do the bubble test.
Before opening always shake any water away from the plastic flap, otherwise it could get inside the case when opened.
Wash the case in soapy water and then rinse in fresh water, especially after regular contact with chlorinated or salt water, or with sun creams.
Do not use bleach or propriety cleaners
In Hot Weather
Don’t leave your case out in the sun for long periods of time, although the case material has been stabilized for UV rays, which means the plastic won’t be easy to discolor or broken down by sunlight, the case will not protect  your items from heat whilst in the case.
If humid you should insert desiccant sachets to absorb any moisture.
In Hot Baths
Around +40c / +100F the plastic will start to soften , the pouch could leak if submerged in a very hot bath, You should be able to use it safely in steam rooms and Jacuzzi s with desiccant sachets inserted
In the Cold
The case can cope with temperatures down to as low as -5C / 23F but the material may harden in freezing temperatures.

Once the consumer has finished the 1st bubble test and the pouch condition is satisfactory when first purchased, Planet Dry will not be responsible for any damage caused by user's carelessness or mistakes or any of the contents in the case

Is Condensation a problem?
Whether PVC case or hard case condensation can always be a problem and will appear with high changes of temperature. Keep the pouch out of the sun before it is immersed into the water or introduce from hot to cold temperatures slowly.
How does the pouch seal?
The pouch has three zip locks that all need to be sealed correctly; press together from either side with the finger and thumb sliding from one side to the other, a snapping sound may be heard. Then the pouch is rolled over and finally sealed with snap buttons
How deep can the pouch go underwater?
The pouch is submersible to 10m or 30ft which is good for snorkeling and shallow scuba diving. The pouch is tested regularly to 10m in the factory.
Can you talk on the telephone while inside the pouch?
Absolutely. It is possible to speak and hear on the telephone while inside the pouch. Only around 10% of volume is lost.
Are there any tips for using the pouches?
To gain best results make sure the lens area is as clean as possible, the more sunlight the better the photo quality, keep as still as possible when taking photo. When opening the pouch after use, shake out excess water around the mouth and open in a downward position. And make sure the 3 zip locks are clean, free from sand and impediments. Wash under the tap after use.
Can I use touch screen controls?
Certainly, touch screen controls work perfectly
What is the quality of picture/movie like?
Picture quality is excellent; much depends on the visibility of the water, camera quality and ability to hold the camera still. Movie quality is excellent and has sound also.

Feelfree Dry Tubes & Ocean Pack Dry Bag Care
Cleaning & Storage
Ocean Pack Dry Bags & Feelfree Dry Tubes and bags require very little after care due to the durability of the material used, although when not in use for a pre-longed period of time it's advisable to either fold flat or roll up, keep your dry bag in a cool dry location. When you'er ready to use your dry bag again, wipe over with a cloth and warm water using a small amount of detergent, this will remove any dust and dirt making your dry bag look like new again, also check for any holes that may of occurred during storage period which would interfere with the integrity of the bag
Roll Seal Technology
1: Fill bag with gear, leave enough space at the top of the bag to be able to close (no more than 3/4 full) purge the bag of excess air. .
2: Hold the bag at the top with the hard plastic strip facing away from your body.
3: Fold the hard plastic strip down away from yourself a minimum of three (3) times.
4: Snap together the quick-release buckles to finish closing the bag.
