Returns & Replacements
If you are not completely happy or satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first by email and then simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed paperwork and returned by a method which enables tracking.
We will issue a full refund on receipt of the returned item/s only.
Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item/s
Refunds will be issued by the method you made the payment.
Shipping cost for returned or exchanged item/s must be met by the purchaser/customer
